Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book?+

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks out, especially for weekend dates. Peak season fills quickly!

What areas do you serve?+

We serve all of Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington DC. Delivery is $5/mile from our DMV base.

How long is the rental?+

Standard rentals include up to 4 hours of party time, plus setup and takedown by our team.

Can I fully customize the theme?+

Yes! Every package includes complete theme customization — banners, cutouts, colors, and props all designed around your vision.

Do you set up indoors and outdoors?+

Both! We just need a flat, clean surface. For outdoor setups we recommend shade for the little ones.

What's your cancellation policy?+

Deposits are non-refundable, but we're happy to reschedule your date with 14 days notice.

Delivery: $5 per mile

Delivery is calculated per mile from our DMV base and is not included in package pricing. We'll confirm your exact quote when you book.
